Yes. Every new client has a full consultation before any treatment is delivered. This is where we discuss your goals, your medical history, and whether the treatment you’re interested in is right for you. Consultations are unhurried and no obligation.

The team member who treats you will come down to which treatment you book. We have four team members, three of which carry out treatments.

Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use topical anaesthetic where appropriate and take our time. If you’re nervous, tell us and we’ll talk you through every step.

That depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle treatments typically last 3–4 months. Dermal fillers can last 6–18 months depending on the area treated. We’ll always give you honest guidance on this in your consultation.

Most treatments have minimal downtime. Small pinprick marks or slight redness are normal and settle within hours. Full aftercare guidance is given at your appointment.

Let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations 48+ hours in advance are always free. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee or losing your initial deposit. Full details are shared at the time of booking.

Every price is published on our Our Treatments page. Prices vary by treatment and by how much product is needed, so the final cost is confirmed openly at consultation, with no obligation to proceed. We’ll never pressure you into a treatment or upsell you on the day.

We offer packages which can be found on our treatments pages. We do not currently offer payment plans but are looking into providing this in the near future.

Yes. We only use products that are safe and appropriate for use in aesthetics. Anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription-only medicines and can only be prescribed after a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber, which, as a Registered Nurse Prescriber, Millicent is able to provide directly.

We’re a small, personal clinic, and Millicent is available for follow-up if you have any concerns after treatment.

No. We don’t provide anti-wrinkle treatments or dermal fillers to clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive. Skin treatments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No. It is illegal in the UK to provide anti-wrinkle or dermal filler treatments to anyone under 18, and we do not treat clients under 18 for any injectable treatment.
